Øya Psychology Center is located in Trondheim and offers psychological services to both individuals and groups. The center has specialized psychologists with varied professional backgrounds, who use evidence-based methods in their treatment. The emphasis is on individual adaptation of therapy forms to meet the individual's needs, and a safe and supportive atmosphere is created for the clients.
Consultations are offered both physically in newly renovated premises on Øya, as well as digitally. Øya Psychology Center has experience with various mental challenges and emphasizes a holistic approach to mental health. The center does not have an operating agreement with the public sector, which results in short waiting times and that a referral from a doctor is not necessary.
