Trondheim Krav Maga is a self-defense school that offers training in Krav Maga, a self-defense system developed from the Israeli military. The school combines techniques from boxing, judo, karate and wrestling, with a focus on realistic and effective self-defense. Trondheim Krav Maga is the only Krav Maga club in the city and is a member of Krav Maga Norway.
The training is adapted for both military and civilian use, and there are rolling admissions throughout the year. To participate in the training, you must be 18 years old, or have parental consent if you are younger. The school also offers a free trial lesson for new members, so that you can get a taste of what Krav Maga entails.
