Bra Folk AS offers courses and guidance with a focus on relationship skills, especially aimed at employees in kindergartens and institutions. The company has developed programs that aim to raise participants' awareness of attitudes in the work situation. Through open conversations and exercises, participants are encouraged to reflect and be inspired, which can contribute to both professional and personal development.
In addition to the courses, Bra Folk AS offers guidance for organizations and individuals, as well as parent guidance and leadership development. The services are designed to reduce sick leave and create a more transparent working life. The program is led by Heidi Reese, who has experience in educational guidance.
