Voss Cultural Council is a voluntary organization that acts as a voice for amateur culture in Voss. The organization aims to strengthen cooperation between voluntary groups and organizations, and works for better framework conditions for voluntary cultural work in the municipality. Voss Cultural Council is also involved in representing cultural life to politicians and authorities.
In addition to its work to promote culture, Voss Cultural Council offers cultural grants for local projects. They organize courses in application writing and provide an introduction to grant portals, which can be helpful for individuals and groups who want to apply for funds for cultural activities. The organization thus contributes to increasing the expertise and resources available for cultural life in the area.
