Voss Red Cross Search & Rescue Corps is a local association that is part of the Red Cross movement. The association has approximately 900 members and offers a wide range of activities aimed at children, youth, adults and the elderly. Among the services offered are relief corps, migration, visiting service, homework help and the Children's Red Cross, all of which aim to strengthen the community and contribute to humanitarian work.
The association provides opportunities for individuals to become volunteers and actively participate in various projects and initiatives that focus on helping the local community. Membership in the association also gives voting rights at the annual meeting, which gives members a voice in decision-making processes. In addition, there is a grassroots donor scheme that enables local residents to support the association's work and promote volunteerism in the area.
