The masseur at Voss offers health-oriented massages that are adapted to individual needs. The treatments focus on pain in the back, neck, shoulders and headaches, as well as lymphatic massage that contributes to better circulation and strengthens the immune system. The techniques used are developed to increase the transport of lymphatic fluid, which can be especially useful after operations and in case of swelling.
The masseur is certified from the Axelsons Institute in Oslo, and has specialized as a lymphatic massager. In addition to the treatments, free relaxation is offered with a guided audio file to promote relaxation. The treatments aim to give customers a break from everyday life, and help relieve tight and sore muscles, which can result in a feeling of relief both physically and mentally.
