Treffpunkt is an organization that focuses on creating inclusive activities for young people. The main aim is to give young people a meeting place where they can get to know each other and develop relationships. Through various activities, Treffpunkt works to prevent exclusion by creating inclusive arenas in the local environment in Norway. The organization emphasizes that young people themselves should participate in the design and implementation of the activities, in line with the principle of young-to-young.
In addition to youth work, Treffpunkt engages in humanitarian work by providing emergency aid and support to vulnerable people in crises and conflicts, including areas of urgent need such as Gaza and Afghanistan. The organization also offers opportunities for voluntary work, as well as an online shop that sells gifts and first aid equipment. Treffpunkt has a particular focus on challenges related to tomorrow's elderly and works to increase social awareness and preparedness in local communities.
