Psychologist Joachim Abbou is a private psychologist who offers individual talk therapy for adults. The treatment targets a range of psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, stress and low self-esteem. In the first consultation, the emphasis is on getting to know the patient and mapping their specific needs, which contributes to a customized and evidence-based therapy program.
The clinic is located at Øvregaten 25 in the center of Bergen and offers short waiting times for appointments. There is no requirement for a referral from a doctor to get an appointment, and appointments can be easily made online. This makes it easier for people over 18 years of age to access the necessary help and support.
