Psychologist Liv Heggstad offers professional help in the treatment of mental health problems for children, adolescents and adults. With a solution-oriented approach, she focuses on providing support and guidance to people experiencing challenges related to mental health. The services also include guidance for parents and opportunities for self-development.
In addition to traditional physical consultations, Heggstad offers digital meetings, which provides flexibility for clients. There is no requirement for a referral to access the services, and short waiting times for the start of treatment are reported. Heggstad has experience in helping clients with work and study difficulties, and adapts the approach to the individual's needs.
