Drammens Turnforening, also known as Turnhallen, is a gymnastics center that offers gymnastics activities for all age groups. The center has special programs aimed at seniors over 60 years of age, and emphasizes promoting mental health through physical activity. This includes training that focuses on strength and coordination, which contributes to the overall development of the participants.
In addition to the regular activities, Drammens Turnforening organizes the Drammen Turn Challenge (DTC), a competition that promotes gymnastics skills and community. To support participation from different groups, there is a solidarity fund. The venue is also available for rental, which provides opportunities for various events. The atmosphere in Turnhallen is engaging and inclusive, making it a popular choice for both beginners and experienced athletes.
