Storholtan Borettslag is a housing association that emphasizes creating a good living environment for its residents. The housing association offers pre-emptive rights when selling apartments, which gives current residents an advantage in the event of a sale. This can contribute to stability and a sense of community among the residents.
In addition, the housing association plans to implement a new operating solution for electric vehicle charging, which will be a measure to meet the growing need for sustainable transportation solutions. Water checks are also planned for 2025, which shows a proactive approach to maintenance and quality assurance of the housing infrastructure.
