Friendly Training Center is a training center with two locations in Oslo, on Ulsrud and Parkveien. The center offers a varied training offer that is suitable for all levels, and has a focus on community and cooperation. Members are encouraged to share experiences and motivation, which contributes to a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
The fitness center at Ulsrud extends over 1,400 m² and has a wide selection of exercise equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, bicycles, weights and cable machines. In addition, many group classes are offered such as Bodypump, Yoga, Pilates and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as children's classes for those aged 8 and over. Friendly Training Center has long opening hours and is staffed every day, which gives members flexibility in training.
