Lovisenberg parish house is connected to two churches, Gamle Aker church and Lovisenberg church. The church hall functions as a gathering point for various church actions and activities, and offers a varied autumn program of events for the congregation's members. One of the special events is the baptismal font inauguration, where a copy of a historic baptismal font from 1715 is used.
In addition to the traditional church activities, special days are also arranged such as Gamle Aker Sunday, where a new processional cross is inaugurated. Menighetshuset is also a forum for faith and thought, with a focus on themes related to Luther and the Reformation. The Lovisenberg museum offers tours, and from the church year 2024-25 sermons will be available to members of the congregation.
