Narvesen Jernbanetorget is a newly refurbished pilot store that focuses on offering a varied selection of products and services. The store has opened a test lab to promote good choices on the go, with the aim of improving the customer experience. Innovative solutions are offered here in collaboration with Joy & Co for deliveries, and the design is carried out by f+oss, which is known for its modern approach.
The range emphasizes more green options, with a reduction in products with a high sugar content and red meat. The store works actively to cut palm oil and reduce food waste. In addition to fresh baked goods, ice cream and chocolate, it will be easier for customers to find healthy options such as fruit, nuts, salads, wraps and smoothies.
