NMS Gjenbruk Lilleborg is part of a chain of second-hand shops that focus on reuse and sustainability. The store offers a varied selection of used clothes, small furniture, tableware and kitchenware. A distinctive feature of the store is the production of Knausen candles, made from melted candle residues, as well as quality candles that have a long burning time. In addition, customers have the opportunity to deliver whole and clean goods free of charge.
The operation of NMS Gjenbruk Lilleborg involves approximately 2,500 voluntary employees who contribute to the store's activities. The profit from the sale goes to NMS' work to share faith in Jesus, fight poverty and injustice. The store also has extraordinary opening hours, which may vary during holidays and around public holidays.
