REMA 1000 is a grocery chain with a focus on low prices and a wide selection of goods. The chain offers a number of services such as the REMA app, which gives customers access to personal price cuts and a bonus scheme. In addition, a customer newsletter is published with current offers and campaigns, which makes it easy for customers to keep up to date with the best purchases.
The chain emphasizes people as the most important resource and offers recipes for both weekday and weekend meals. REMA 1000 also has initiatives such as Family dinner under the 200 mark, which gives customers the opportunity to prepare affordable meals. In addition, a self-preparedness week is organized to ensure that necessary goods are available for customers. REMA 1000 also works with the development of products, such as mincemeat with vegetables, to meet customers' needs and preferences.
