Sede da Lusofonia Oslo is a social and cultural association that was established in 2013, inspired by the similar association in Bergen. The organization aims to promote Portuguese language and cultures, and acts as a meeting point for Luso-speaking people in Oslo. Through various activities such as poetry, photography, sports and outdoor events, the association facilitates social gatherings and cultural exchange.
The association also focuses on cooperation and integration among its members, and offers resources that can be useful for studies and work in Norway. Voluntary work is a central part of Sede da Lusofonia, and contributes to creating community and belonging among the members. In addition, the organization provides support in processes related to visas and residence permits, which can be helpful for new arrivals in the country.
