Spir is a professional association representing priests, deacons, catechists and educators. The association aims to offer professional and ethical reflection related to professional practice, and focuses on competence development as well as theological professional competence. Through various measures, Spir works to ensure good pay and working conditions for its members in different tariff areas.
In addition to representing a wide range of ecclesiastical professions, Spir offers current courses and conferences for further and further education.
