Ks Kommunesektorens Organisajon is a non-governmental organization that works for an efficient and independent municipal sector in Norway. The organization represents all Norwegian municipalities and county municipalities, and acts as a development partner for them. KS is the largest public employers' organization in the country and actively participates in wage settlements as a negotiating party.
