PT-Hjemme, led by Ann Christin Klemsdal, offers personal training in the municipality of Sarpsborg in Viken. The services include individual training (PT 1 to 1), duo training (PT Duo), as well as bootcamp programs and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). In addition, training is offered for small groups and corporate solutions, with a focus on customized training programs for different levels.
The training can be carried out at the customer's home or at PT-Hjemme's premises. The emphasis is on individual follow-up, which helps participants have a safer approach to exercises, programming and use of equipment. PT-Hjemme is involved locally and also offers group training both indoors and outdoors.
