Sports Club Sarpsborg, established in 1981, is Norway's oldest fitness center and offers a wide range of services within training and rehabilitation. The center has an area of almost 3,000 m² and is located near the bus terminal, with free parking for members.
The club offers personal training and physiotherapy, as well as varied group training that includes activities such as spinning and ricochet. Members have access to a free personal health plan, dietary and exercise guidance, and there are specialized services such as body scans and Roede courses. Sports Club Sarpsborg focuses on helping members achieve their individual health goals, either through individual training or group-based activities.
