Miljøagentene is a voluntary organization that focuses on children's voices and gives them the opportunity to decide on activities. The organization offers membership to all children who want to become environmental agents, and aims to engage young people in environmental work through various activities. Among these are beach clean-ups and hammock trips, which combine learning with practical work for better environmental management.
In addition to activities, the Environmental Agents have local teams that promote local participation and cooperation. The organization also offers learning resources about climate and nature, adapted to children. One of their key events is the Children's climate panel, where children have the opportunity to discuss important environmental issues. Through these measures, the Environmental Agents work to make environmental work both fun and accessible to children.
