Regnskogfondet is a non-profit organization based in Oslo that works to preserve the rainforest and secure the rights of indigenous peoples and local communities that depend on these areas. The organization engages in fieldwork and focuses on global climate finance initiatives, helping to promote sustainable solutions for rainforest conservation.
In addition to its fieldwork, Regnskogfondet offers reports and stories that highlight the importance of the rainforest. They also inform about political opportunities for rainforest efforts, and have project areas in several countries, including Brazil. Through their work, they seek to raise awareness of the rainforest's importance to the climate and biological diversity.
