Kvaleberg kindergarten Vannassen is part of a larger unit that includes five kindergartens, including Tyrihans, Sørmarka Arena, Hillevåg and Auglend. The kindergarten aims to focus on the best interests of the child, with an emphasis on safety, belonging and well-being. This is reflected in their approach to learning and development, where they implement the Stavanger kindergarten towards 2030 strategy to ensure high quality in the provision.
In addition to a varied educational offer, Kvaleberg kindergarten Vannassen uses Vigilo as a subject system for kindergarten and school. The kindergarten also offers interdisciplinary kindergarten teams, which promote cooperation between different disciplines to support the children's development. Auglend kindergarten, which is part of the same group, has specially adapted departments for the hearing impaired, which shows a focus on inclusion and adaptation for all children. Parent cooperation is active, which contributes to a good environment for both children and parents.
