- Vestengveien 40: a chain workshop that calls itself certified for electric cars and a fleet workshop.
- Glomveien 4: all makes, plus body straightening and paint for vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
This is what their websites said on 7 October 2026. The workshop at Glomveien 4 has the longest list of services: service and repairs whatever the make, the periodic EU inspection (EU-kontroll), body work and paint, air-conditioning service with fault-finding, straightening, welding and painting of rims, tyres, and checks and service on electric cars.
At the dealers, read closely which makes are mentioned. The card for Glomveien 5 has a different car make in its name from the three the dealer itself lists for the town, so call the workshop if that is the make you drive. The dealer in Herbergveien writes that the workshop also takes repairs, service and the EU inspection on makes other than its four.
The chain workshop in Klokkergårdveien is listed in the catalogue with all makes, electric cars, air conditioning, brakes, clutch, wheel alignment and tyre storage; the chain's page for it would not open when we checked. The three workshops in Alvimveien, Glengsgata and Gamle Opsund have no website, and the cards describe them only as repair and maintenance workshops.
The workshop opens before car sales: hours, Saturdays and booking
- Herbergveien 15: the workshop was listed with 7.00 to 16.00 on both Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October 2026, the parts department with 7.30 to 16.00.
- Glomveien 5: workshop Monday to Friday 7.30 to 16.00.
- Vestengveien 40: Monday to Friday 7.30 to 16.30, closed Saturday and Sunday.
- Albert Moeskaus vei 68: service Monday to Friday 8.00 to 16.00, closed at the weekend.
These were the hours on the websites on 7 October 2026. At the two dealers they apply to the workshop, not the showroom: car sales at Glomveien 5 open at 9.00 and run until 18.00 on Thursdays, and both dealers keep sales open on Saturdays from 10.00 to 14.00. None of the workshops with a website of their own lists Saturday opening.
The workshop at Glomveien 4 has no opening hours on its website. On Google Maps it was shown as closed on Monday 5 October 2026 at 16.20, opening at 8.00 the day after. That afternoon the chain workshop in Klokkergårdveien was shown closing at 16.30, the workshop in Alvimveien at 17.00 and the one in Glengsgata at 22.00.
You can book online in two places: the dealer in Herbergveien has a form for workshop appointments, and the chain workshop in Vestengveien uses the chain's booking portal. At Glomveien 4 the workshop asks you to call or send an e-mail, and the contact page for Glomveien 5 gives a phone number and an e-mail address.
