The municipal list: seven of the addresses have physiotherapists with an agreement

  • Bodø municipality keeps a list of practices with an agreement, last changed on 16 September 2026.
  • Seven addresses on this page are on it, with between one and six names each.
  • Bjerkengveien and Verkstedveien are not on the list.
  • The agreement belongs to the physiotherapist, not to the building.

Bodø municipality has the page Fysioterapeuter - avtalebasert praksis, last changed on 16 September 2026. Each institute is listed there with its address, phone number and the names of the physiotherapists who have an agreement. You contact the clinic of your choice yourself, and the municipality asks you to be aware that there may be a waiting time.

The list has six names at Sjøgata 5, five at Nordstrandveien 41, four at Aspmyra stadium and four in Kongsdatterveien, three at Bodøsjøveien 60 and three at Sneveien 17. At Sjøgata 40 there is one physiotherapist, listed under a different institute name and phone number than the card shows. Doctors, an osteopath and one more physiotherapist also work at that address.

The clinic at Sjøgata 5 itself writes that all its physiotherapists have an operating agreement with the municipality. In Nordstrandveien five of the therapists have an agreement, and you can book both with therapists who have one and with therapists who do not. In Bodøsjøveien three physiotherapists have an agreement, while a fourth at the same address states that her sessions are not refunded by the public system. For Bjerkengveien 18 and Verkstedveien 1 we found no information about an agreement.

What the agreement means for your wallet is explained on helsenorge.no, on the page Egenandel hos fysioterapeut (updated 1 August 2026). The National Insurance Scheme contributes only when the physiotherapist has an agreement on an operating grant (driftstilskudd) with the municipality, and a referral is not required. Without an agreement you pay all the costs yourself. Under the age of 18 there is no user fee (egenandel), and from 1 August 2026 that also covers 16- and 17-year-olds. The same applies to an approved occupational injury, and the exemption card (frikort) comes once you have paid more than 3278 kroner in approved user fees in 2026.

How to get in touch: e-mail, mobile number, form or online booking

  • Sjøgata 5: e-mail straight to the therapist, open Monday to Friday 8 am to 3.30 pm.
  • Nordstrandveien 41: each therapist has a mobile number of their own, open 8 am to 4 pm.
  • Bodøsjøveien 60: the contact form puts you on the waiting list.

The clinics' own websites were read on 7 October 2026. At Sjøgata 5 you write directly to the therapist you want to see: the website gives an e-mail address for each of them, sorted by manual therapy, neurological physiotherapy and psychomotor physiotherapy. The clinic states that its phone capacity is limited and that the waiting time varies with demand.

In Nordstrandveien each therapist is listed with a mobile number next to the shared number, and the website has a message form. The clinic is open 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and closed at weekends.

In Bodøsjøveien everyone who uses the contact form goes on the waiting list automatically. The clinic writes that capacity is limited for the time being, and that recent surgery, acute injuries and children come first.

At Sjøgata 40 opening hours vary from one practitioner to the next. Online booking exists for one physiotherapist and for the osteopath, and you reach the others on the clinic's phone. The card in Verkstedveien links to an online booking page. For Aspmyra stadium, Sneveien and Kongsdatterveien the municipal list shows the phone number, and according to the list the last two only have a Facebook page. For Bjerkengveien we found neither a website nor opening hours.

Finding your way: distance from the railway station, floor, lift and parking

Here you get help finding the address, not medical advice, and in case of acute and serious illness the number is 113.
