The centre, Storhaug or the south of the city: how to read the groups
- The clinics in the middle of the centre all lie within a little over half a kilometre of each other.
- From the harbour it is about two and a half kilometres in a straight line to Hillevåg and around six to Jåttåvågen.
- The groups follow the addresses and say nothing about the treatment.
- Several cards carry the name of the chiropractor rather than the clinic: read the street address.
Most of the addresses on this page are close together. In the middle of the centre of Stavanger the clinics by the harbour, at Vågen and Østervåg, are within walking distance of each other: they suit you if you work in the centre and want to fit the appointment in before work or at lunchtime. The second group lies on either side of the central core, west of the lake Breiavatnet and east at Storhaug, and from there it is between half a kilometre and a little over one kilometre to the harbour.
To the south the distances grow. From the harbour it is, in a straight line, about one and a half kilometres to the address in Lagårdsveien, two and a half to Hillevåg and around six to Jåttåvågen. If you live or work in the south of the city, the third group saves you the trip into the centre.
Look at the floor and the entrance, not just the street. Several of the chiropractors are one or more floors above street level, and in Hillevåg one address is on the fifth floor (femte etasje) of a health building next to the Kilden shopping centre, with access from the car park roof or through a separate door outside. If you need a lift or step-free access, it is worth asking when you book.

The building may then have one set of opening hours while the chiropractor has days of their own. Look for the name when you book, and check the address: some clinics have several branches, both in the city and in Sandnes.
